Terms and Conditions for Subscribers

1) Our advice will be left with you on a per request basis. You will receive your tip(s) as quickly as we can reply. If we cannot reply one hour before the race we may not answer the request. We reserve the right not to reply.

2) Subscribers will receive the reply to thier request via SMS Text Message charged at £1.50p per message received.

3) We never advise anything that we would not consider best value.

4) With regards to our e-mailed tips, it must be understood that Internet based e-mail, and the World Wide Web operates on a "best efforts" basis, and that while failures of service are rare, they can however occur. In the event of a service failure we cannot be held responsible.

5) We cannot be held responsible for the event of racing not taking place due to poor weather, or for any other reason.

6) Should one of our selections be pulled out just before a race, we will contact you with a free tip as an alternative bet if possible. This is at our discretion & we are under no obligation to provide you with an alternative selection due to horse not being able to race for whatever reason.

7) As far as reasonably possible we will attempt to respond quickly to any one who notifies us that they have not received their tips by the allotted time. We are online constantly during 'Racing Hours', so we will most likely respond to any enquiries within the hour.
